Fee Schedules:

Recommended Beginner's Initial Program:  We recommend this program for our first time clients to get them started with a solid base of consultation, studio familiarization, and thorough introduction to one's chosen practice.  This includes the client's Initial Personal Analysis and two Private Classes of choice for a one time fee of $200.  Upon completion of the Beginner's Initial Program, the client should feel quite comfortable joining any ongoing scheduled session.

Print and clip this coupon and present it for a first time client discount.

Yoga Fee Schedule:

Yoga classes are in open format and drop-ins may register up to 15 minutes prior to any class. Classes are one hour long with up to 12 participants per instructor.

Drop-in Yoga Class
is $12 per class.

Yoga Spring Session consists of nine weeks of one or two classes per week. This is 9-18 classes and costs $10/class (savings of $2/class over drop-in rates). The session fee is paid in full at the beginning of the session and expires at the end of the session. See session calendar for the beginning dates of the sessions.

Referral Incentives
to Yoga session participants is a one time $15 discount towards any Health Movement service offered for each referral that signs up for Yoga Sessions.

Family members
(with the same address) that sign up for Yoga sessions together receive $15.00 discount for each additional membership they enroll in together at the beginning of the session.

Yoga Private Class
is $50.00 per hour and requires at least a 24-hour pre-registration. Often beginning students prefer to take a few private lessons prior to joining a Yoga session. They become familiar with Yoga practice and their individual flexibility assessment so that they can more easily join in with group Yoga sessions. This is also a popular choice for those whose schedules conflict with regular Yoga sessions and the participant can develop an individualized practice with the direct guidance of the Yoga teacher.

Yoga Semi-private Class
is $35.00 per hour for each participant when 2 individuals sign up for the yoga teacher to instruct them together (total $30 savings). This a way to get more individualized instruction and to learn together with a partner.

Studio Reminders

Enter the Yoga studio quietly.  No cell phones.  Please begin your session with meditation or stretching.  Your practice starts when you enter.

Try to arrive promptly on time.  Entering class late is disrespectful to the session.  If you do arrive late, enter slowly and quietly.  Being prompt should be a part of your practice.

Bottled water is recommended before, during, and after practice.  It is important to drink plenty of water.

Please leave your shoes outside the Yoga room in places provided.

Do not overwork yourself to the point of damage.  Yoga practice develops on everyone's individual rate.

Develop a calm mind and open heart for your yoga practice.  This is not a competitive workout.

Focus on your own practice both inside and out without focusing on anyone but the teacher.

Bring appropriate accessories to class:  mat, stretchy straps, log, etc. as required for your class.
